
One solid 20 karat rare yellow gold Victorian blue enamel and pearl tassel necklace from the early 1800s. The necklace is in excellent condition with some normal light antique wear on the blue enamel (See photos for detail). It features a unique slide style design with two dangling tassel pieces. It can be worn longer or as a choker style with the slide. The piece features twenty two white pearls and blue enameling throughout. The necklace weighs 32.5 grams and fits up to an 16 inch neck comfortably and is 2.85mm wide at the links with a tongue tab style clasp, The lariat part of the chain can hang when worn as a choker style with tassels. The slide center piece measures 1.5 inches wide and 0.75 inches high. The necklace has a very unique victorian link design and sturdy clasp. Appraisal Value: $12,000.
