One 14 karat yellow gold art nouveau rose flower brooch or necklace from the late 1800s- early 1900's. The pin is in outstanding condition very lightly worn with enameling like new which is what makes it's piece so rare from this period. The piece features an intricate art nouveau red rose floral design and can be converted from a necklace easily to a brooch. It is set with twenty six seed pearls, one rice pearl and one drop pearl at the bottom . The pendant part of the necklace measures 1.25 inches in length and 0.90 inches wide at its widest spot. It weighs 7.7 grams. The chain is 16" in length and comes together in a Y shape design at a pearl which then extends 1.5" down from the pearl. Appraisal Value: $1800.
